 I first, and last until now, saw that movie on TV back when I was 4 or 5
 years old (about 1956 or 1957, yeah, I'm a geezer). All I remembered about
 it was that scene at the beginning where the helicopter flies in and the
 mirrors come out of the ground.
 Great cheesy 1950s sci-fi - wonder if those robots were the inspiration for
 Doctor Who's Daleks?
