I'd like to minimize cost but still be able to get as many posts as
possible. Probably have had the astraweb block for about 5 years
until the other day when it reported that there was no balance in the
account (or something to that effect) But have been seeing more and
more that anything not current is not available on Supernews and would
go to Astraweb. So the Astraweb block probably went down
significantly over the last few months.
I can't see the point in keeping Supernews (bargain Giganews) when so
many others have better retention (and less restrictive takedown
policies). I may still end up with a block somewhere but I think
there's likely a better option for the main account than Supernews (at
about $10/month)
