a cheap burning software like convertXtodvd
will let you make a DVD out of them with both sets of subtitles - or
you can use a MKV extractor and save the subtitles to a srt file -
and add it seperatly.

just a warning - the films are sooo German, they have never been made
with subtitles (closest was an editied version of the 3 movies
together that was dubbed into English).
So the subtitles that are with these - and I am very happy to have
them - were machine translated from closed captioned files - most
likely German - but they do make the films much easier to follow. -
and when your done - check our Ludwig (where Romy Schneider again
plays Sissi - but 15 years later).
