This is the only Fitzpatrick travel short done in black and white since he
started using color in the mid 1930s. I'm sure this one was done because of the
alliance with the Soviet Union during WWII and was done with stock footage. One
reviewer from IMDB states that most of the footage is from a Fitzpatrick black
and white travel short from 1932. I haven't seen that one.
