Why don't you just do the sensible thing and set your downloads to go
to a folder that you make and give a short name?

Something like, say, c:\dl

There is no reason whatsoever why you should blindly accept the
windows defaults of having everything hidden umpteen levels down in
absurdly-named folders that start off with ridiculously long paths to
begin with.
