Thanks for posting this movie. I remember seeing it back in the 80's
and liked it. Don't agree with the current imdb rating. Supposedly
it's based on Simon's relationship with Marsha Mason.
The dvd copy is certainly an improvement over my vhs one, but am a
little disappointed that it doesn't seem to have ever been rereleased
in a widescreen version. Cant help wondering if it hasn't aired on
cable tv in widescreen and there's a copy of that around. Never saw
it that way but I see the movie was originally released at 1.85.
Anyway, I appreciate your posts.
