I came in on the middle of this and really don't care. A person is requesting a
file and seems to be getting static for it. That's not the way the group(s)
should work. Usenet has been based on a sharing economy since it's founding.
I have D/L'd material, and if doing an occational upload balences the scales,
so much the better.
