This “cycle” program is (AFAIK) an irregular one, that appears from
time to time in the context of the so-called “Special Programs”.
I've recorded another one, entitled “Spring Journey in Izu, Mt. Fuji”
apparently a rerun), about 3 weeks ago. I'm going to (at last!) watch
it & post it.
