Hey Ruby,
The article count in ab.erotica exceeded 4G articles just recently.
Due to its 32 bit architecture Agent 6 (and any other 32 bit news
reader) can only handle up to 4G (4.294.967.296) articles per
newsgroup. Current count in ab.erotica is 4.527.251.689 ... and
counting.
Explanation:
So if Agent 6 wants to retrieve the article with the number
4.527.251.689, it actually gets 4.527.251.689 - 4.294.967.296 =
232.284.393. The article with that number was posted way back in the
past. That's why you pull headers from 2008 :-)
Solution:
You will have to to use a 64 bit news reader.
Agent supports 64 bit with version 7 and up.
