Had a message before shutting down saying that due to power surge bios
needed to reset. Well due to a few problems in the past, the operating
system for this machine does not reside on any of the phyiscal drives
(6) of this machine. No problem until you wipe the bios and I don't
remember where I put the bios backup. Found it just after posting. Now
the problem is what caused the power surge message. Last time it
happened it was a failing power supply to the os system drive. But I
beefed that up big time. Batteries should hold it for a couple of
hours, and surge protection is pretty good. Got to keep digging
before it all goes boom.
