I saw that this morning, Wink. This is an oft-happening thing from
Camelsystem Powerpost. It has to do with unique ID post numbers. This
was happening long before the current slew of Windows errors, with
logoff or shutdown and recovery.

I'm using the same 2-bay drop-in dock, but with USB 2.0 rather than
eSata, both of which are available on this device. I'm beginning to
think that either the eSata connection was bad (cable, card?) or that
the device itself has an issue with one of the slots..

I replaced the card with a USB 3.0 controller card and am now waiting
to see if I can get a 2- to 4- bay USB 3.0 drop-in enclosure for
something close to what I can afford at the moment. I haven't yet
looked too hard...

Thanks for your vigilance and comments. Most appreciated.

YoYo
