I keep another folder (as they are called in Agent)
on the same 'Desk' that is unfiltered.
Have caught many posts that were inadvertently filtered
that way.
Mostly the "mail" addys are cr*p posts, check the unfiltered
group folder weekly and you won't miss a thang !
