Good question. That junk seems designed to thwart attempts
to filter it.
If memory serves, the (kludgy) solution is to filter out
.com .net .eu .de etc and then allow as exceptions the full
string for specific posters - there aren't many (JHO, Cervante,
EG...).
That may mean also running an unfiltered instance for a while
(or once in a while) to find out who you're killfiltering
that should be allowed.
