Eureka! I figured it out! It wasn't a filter, it was a folders and
default folders crossposting setting. I had "For the highest priority
folder, Retrieve The Header Normally", but" For All Other Folders,
Mark The Header Read." I changed that to "Retrieve The Header
Normally." It now shows in ABMEAM as unread messages. See
screenshots.
