No need to delete filters. Open a filter. At the top left check the
"disable filter" box to disable that filter.
This procedure may work to find which filter is catching WWN's
postings. A little time consuming, of course.
1. Open all filters and disable all of them.
2. Download AMBEA headers. If WWN's postings now show up, then you
know it's a filter issue. If they don't show up, then it's not a
filter issue, but something else.
Assuming it's a filter issue, then do this:
3. Open the first filter in your list.
4. Enable it by unchecking the box.
5. Select the AMBEA group, right-click and select "apply filters to
folder".
6. Check AMBEA for WWN's postings.
7. If WWN's posting are still shown, then that filter is not the
problem.
8. Go to the next filter is your list. Enable it.
Repeat steps 5-8, enabling one filter at a time.
If, after enabling a filter and applying filters to the folder, WWN's
posting disappear - then you've found the problem filter. Either
leave it disabled or figure out how to re-write it so it doesn't catch
WWN's postings.
