Thanks EG, i think i will take you up on your offer!
here are the steps i followed:
-i used video thumbnails naker to create the thumbnail
-i tried to use autorarpar, but all it did was create an empty
directory
-next i used multipar, and that did creat a few par repair files
-then i selected all the files and moved them into Agent to upload
them
-when i checked the posts, it was not what i expected in the way the
posts came thru (i thought i would have the video file, the jpg file
and the par files)
-i then downloaded all the files and it did come thru ok and worked
i welcome any suggestions to improve my posts
