As a courtesy, thumbnail images should also be provided for any movie
that is posted so that people with limited download speeds or quotas
konw what they are getting before using their allotment to download
it. Video Thumbnail Maker by Scorp is probably the easiest one to use
(just google it to find a copy).
This all makes up a simple 3 step process, eg.
1 - generate a thumbnail image of the movie.
2 - generate the par's and split the movie with Multipar.
3 - upload the thmbnail image, split parts and par's with a program
like PowerPost.
