Thanks Thumper.
I'm beyond reasonably positive it is upstream, more so than when I
made that comment last night.
I contacted another poster who uses easynews and had them send a post
out, same issue as I am having. That individual uses a different ISP
and is in an completly different location than I am.
We both have contacted easy about the issue.
I'll keep testing, once things are stable I'll resume posting.
