I'm disappointed that it appears that Milk Street Web videos require a
subscription. That's unlike Cook's Country, and America's Test Kitchen
Web videos, which are viewable shortly after they air.

My cable company doesn't offer any channels that carry it, so I will
likely miss out on Kimball's latest endeavour.

I'll check here, but this place is mostly dorment, unfortunately.
