A very short one as I rest for the weekend :-)
This could be seen as a "historic" recording. As I believe the notes in the
back restate what I have read elsewhere, that Britten heard the Westminster
Cathedral choir and liked its distinctive sound which led him to compose
this Missa brevis for the choir. And I understand that this is a recording
of a live Sunday mass.
