Well, I was able to fashion a cover from your scans. It must have been quite
a job for you to scan all those pages.
Aside from the CD insert, I'm uploading a PDF with the text and photo pages.
I don't know if they are printable, but the seem quite readable (assuming
one reads Dutch).
