I have to confess this is my own fault. To my eyes, I looked at "OE" and saw
"DE".
Easy enough to fix since I still had the editable version of the cover. I
usually keep those versions for a couple of days, but not permanently since
they are 15-20 MB in size. If no one has a fix, I dispose of the large file
keeping only the jpeg that I upload.
I'll upload the fixed cover now.
