Thanks for putting in the effort. I look forward to the complete set.
In the mean time, I have been joining the booklet sections (not up to
Thane's standard by any means) and I notice that 17a is missing (in
fact it is a duplicate of 18a). Once fixed, I could repost the joined
parts if anyone is interested, providing Thane has not already beaten
me to it.
