unfortunately I don't know much about the new HD files. I think you should ask
experts like COM or NOVA. My advice would be to try one of those commercial
converters like
http://www.hd-converter-software.com-http.com/how-to-convert-hd-to-avi-with-hd-converter-software_g.html
but I personally wouldn't spend money for it.
