Note: The physical discs for Series 2 and 3 were FUBAR, and required a patch
from our friend Jolan, the DVD Mastah. I have applied the patch to the discs
so that you don't have to mess with it. The episodic menu still shows signs
of corruption, but all the episodes are selectable, and if you choose the
"Play All" button, you won't even see the abnormality.
