Kelly Robinson and Alexander Scott travel around the world in their profession
as agents for the United States government. Their business is serious with no
fancy gadgets or flashy villains; Kelly and Scotty are more apt to battle ind-
ustrial spies and Cold War agents than megalomaniacal would-be world-dominat-
ors. As their cover, Robinson travels the professional tennis circuit with
Scott as his trainer.
Season 2, Episode 14: "Little Boy Lost"
Originally Aired: 14 December, 1966
In order to gain attention from a father absorbed in his high-level engine-
ering work, 13-year-old Alan runs away from home, stealing the prototype for a
new electronic missile-guidance system that his father has developed. The
gadget is essential to the country's security so agents Robinson and Scott are
called in to locate the missing boy and retrieve the valuable bauble.
But they're not the only agents on the case, as three nefarious evilkins are
also in search of young Alan, and they'll stop at nothing to get their hands
on the top-secret item -- Even if it means murdering the boy...

From a Blog post I once did:
The last time I posted this was waaay back on 2011-02-22, when I offered a
DVD-Rip contributed by scout Blu on Reelboys. Fast-forward six years and the
loss of that rip due to one (of many) HDD crashes, and I finally laid my hands
on a copy of a DVD.
Ronnie Howard (don't start with the 'Ron' business -- He'll always be Ronnie
to me :) ) was just pure adorable from the moment he appeared on the screen in
a handful of episodes of "Dennis the Menace" in 1959-60. Of course by this
time he was already a seasoned old actor, having started his career at the age
of 2 years old!
He made a bit of a stir as Winthrop Paroo, the lisping little boy in the 1962
film adaptation of Meredith Wilson's hit Broadway play, "The Music Man"
(especially when he lisped his way through the song "Gary Indiana" :swoon: ),
and then a year later in 1963 he starred in the emotionally-stirring role of
Eddie Corbett, the son of widower Glenn Ford in "The Courtship of Eddie's
Father." But what really put his star on the map was the 8-year run as Opie
Taylor, the young son of a small-town sheriff, Andy Griffith on "The Andy
Griffith Show." Ronnie literally 'grew up' filming this series, and has often
said his experiences with that series (and the tutelage of Andy Griffith) was
the catalyst that spurred him on to become a director.
He was great in this episode, adeptly conveying all the emotions that the role
called for, and causing me to feel sympathy for the character -- Just what a
good actor can do! That beautiful face and smile, along with his other, err,
'assets' will also endear him to most of you, methinks
There are three other episodes on this disc, but none are OT. The last one,
"Cops and Robbers" has a few peripheral Cuties in the first and last few
seconds, but not enough to really mention...
