A young boy is found wandering without any memory of who he is. A family
takes him in and begin to look for clues to help him find his way home. In
the meantime, they notice that the boy seems to have certain special abil-
ities, not usually found in kids his age, or even fully-grown adults.
Everyone in town is in awe of young Daryl's extraordinary talents and abil-
ities, and so are his foster parents. He can perform advanced mathematics,
master complex video games at first try, and hit home runs in his very first
baseball game. Add to that his genuinely charismatic appeal and you have a
special child. Very special...
A child in jeopardy, too, because the military has a Top Secret interest in
Daryl that threatens his very existence. The most sophisticated computers and
scientists are pitted against Daryl's incredible gifts in an adventure that
will determine whether human spirit can triumph over pure science.

The contents of this disc --the original Paramount release-- are exactly the
same as the later Warner Archive Collection release which I posted to this
group back on Wed, 27 Aug 2014, under the header
RoboBoy - NTSC-Style "0088979WD"
The reasons for my posting this version are fivefold:
1) This is my favoritest movie in the whole wide world.
2) The other posting is over four years old and may begin to deteriorate soon.
3) I get to post the other DVD Cover (nearly identical to the WAC, also).
4) See Reason 1.
5) There can never be too many copies of this floating around :)
