14-year-old Henry discovers, sneaking into the apartment of an eccentric

I watched this once, but it's been just long enough ago that I've lost my
grasp on any fine details (in other words, over five minutes ago :-P ).
I do remember that much of it was highly improbable, a lot of the acting (by
the adults, mostly) was amateurish, and there were many facets of the "Clock-
maker" that seemed a little too much like Doctor Who (a mix of Patrick
Troughton, Tom Baker, and Sylvester McCoy, specifically), but other than that,
I enjoyed it and would probably watch it again a time or two :)
