Yes, I do try to post only full dvds to this group and smaller size files, such
as avi or mkv files, to pictures.ba. That is the way it was supposed to be so I
just do as I was told many years ago. IMHO any file derived from a DVD is of
inferior quality, if only because you can always reduse the qulity/size and can
not increase it once converted. Of course there are exceptions, such as a dvd
that has issues that can be corrected by filters.
Yes, I have about 40 TB in external drives, as well as quite a few original
DVDs. This is why I am sometimes at a loss to find something that I know I have.
