Only doing one thing at a time, did not try more than one thing at a
time:
JD, and no FRD or browser... then full reboot
Then FRD, and no JD or browser... then full reboot
Then browser with no JD or FRD.
JD gave the "temporarily unavailable" for the whole night.
After shutting JD down (completely - ie full reboot, nothing loaded at
all) FRD gave the `Error Starting Download` message.
With both programs shut down (completely - ie full reboot, nothing
loaded at all), the browser (with freshly cleared cache) gives this
error message: `Your account type does not allow the simultaneous
download of more than one file`
I still can`t find `cache`options in either program.
