 Com, I understand the desire for feedback from posters and lurkers
 alike.  I appreciated the same when I was actively posting.
 However your statement that you don't see any reason to post for
 lurkers anymore troubles me.  I was a lurker long before I was a
 poster.  Some people just prefer to stay in the shadows and not
 call attention to themselves.  I am not in favor of this trend of
 closed groups or inner circles.
