Have you tried one of the Amazon marketplace alternatives? Click on
the "10 new from" and select one that has "International and Domestic
Shipping Rates". The mob who sell this dvd for Amazon only has
"Domestic Shipping Rates". I have bought quite a few this way without
a problem.
If not let me know. I would not be able to help you for 1-2 weeks
