Could you expound on why you are unable to order it?
As you can see in the list I posted,
I've been able to order and receive DVDs from
Marbecks and Mighty-Ape, both in NZ.
(but I'm in the states,
and I know Oz & NZ may have added more
draconian rules to their export operations.
So maybe try finding a specialised 'import' company in your area/country.
For ex. I sometimes use DaaVeeDee.com when they have something in stock.
Some other times I use Amazon's various Partners.)
