Hi FLO,
7z is an archive (compressed) file, like .ZIP or .RAR; with similar
and in many cases better compression.
You can get the free program to unpack the file from the link below.
http://files.uberdownloads.com/7-zipe.html
Alternately you can use WinRar to unpack the file, just make sure you
have 7-Z ticked in the intergration box.
Right click the file and select extract to wherever you want it,
