In November of 2001 a fire broke out in a home in Cantonment, Florida, 20 miles north of Pensacola. Firefighters found the body of 40-year old Terry King, but Terry's sons, Alex and Derek, were nowhere to be found. The next day, Terry's friend Rick Chavis escorted the 12 and 13-year-old boys to the sheriff's office. In separate interviews, the brothers spoke in brutal detail about how Derek bludgeoned their father to death while Alex, the mastermind of the plot, watched, and how they started the fire to cover their tracks.
