As I said it's hopelessly jumbled. If you search for the text at the
beginning and end of each audio segment you'll find they're not
sequential in the ebook. They jump all over the place. The audio jumps
within each segment as well. Not easy to fix.
And the search string you give points to a DMCA takedown. (At least on
GigaNews it's 299 blocks short; a pretty good sign of a takedown.) It's
of no use to me either.
Hence the request :-)
Any chance of a repost if you have a good copy?
