There are any number of purpose built apps (programs) which will do this
conversion, and other conversions like mp4, m4a etc etc.
itunes, if you have it installed will also convert for you, but don't install
itunes if this is all you want - it is far too big and intrusive for that.
There are free versions of dbpoweramp still available, the newer versions will
convert anything to anything and fast too, but they are not free.
I also use a prog called Switch Sound File Converter which is free.
Google "free sound file converters" and you will get quite a few answers, they
all seem to integrate into file managers like explorer so they are available on
a right click.
