Well, it seems the M4B file confuses inaudible. It shows as being a 32kbps file
or more appropriately a VBR file 33kbps. If you simply set it to convert using
the same settings as the source file it converts it to 64kbps and speeds the
output files up. If you tell inaudible to use 32kbps as your output it sounds
fine.
