Apologies, I somehow lost half of the Upload. It originally came in two files as
the nice lady said on the audio.
I have reposted the complete book but you (and anyone else who has the first 7
parts) needn't download the first 7 again as they are the same as those you may
already have.
Sorry for the trouble.
