Use a program like MP3Tag to check that the books are of Unique Album name
and that track numbers are sequential through the entire book.
If the track numbers are repeated as is often the case where the book is on
multiple CD's then you may have to use the Wizard to renumber them to get
each one a unique, sequential track number.
That is what worked for me.
