In addition to other replies.
It appears the player is playing by track numbers rather than title i.e.
it plays all the first tracks from each cd then the second tracks etc.
You could try something like MP3 Book Helper to delete all the tags so it
only has the file name to sort by. Possibly also a free program called
copyinorder which does as it says and copies in the order you specify.
However, my mother had a similar problem with her Sandisk player and I
found a rather odd solution. The player had some preset folders for mp3
types. Her book folders played in proper filename order if they were
copied into the preset 'Podcasts' folder.
I have no idea why this worked and can only guess the preset folders have
some hidden play order protocols.
