Like lanky says - ANY one can post. But that works two ways. Yes, a lot of
garbage gets posted and that has done in more than a few groups.
Or, you the reader can post something too. The more posts, the more active the
group is and its not all on a few.
I myself have a VERY punny internet connection, my posts take forever to
upload, and that does make other things slow down a bit. The point is, if I
can post, anybody can.
