Story

The slightly retarded fifteen-year-old daughter of a diplomat dies on a school field trip - forced or lured into a deserted corner of the Santa Monica mountains and killed in cold blood. You cannot upgrade the sound quality by upgrading the bitrate.
The bitrate can be upgraded to any number but the sound quality will remain unaltered (and the size will increase).
Reducing the bitrate, which also can be done, will reduce both the size and the sound quality.
