To download from abook.ws, it's easiest to become a member at the forum at
http://abook.ws (go to the chat and read the topic carefully). Then
install a nzb downloader like SABnzbd or Binreader.
Once in, you go to a forum topic that interests you, click on the thank
you button and retrieve the search code (and password if needed). With
that search code, one heads over to nzbindex.com and grabs the according
nzb file.
Once you get the hang of it, it gets really easy.
