Technologically enhanced superspy Peter Caswell has been dispatched on a top-secret assignment unlike any he's ever faced.

You cannot upgrade the sound quality by upgrading the bitrate.
The bitrate can be upgraded to any number but the sound quality will remain unaltered.
Reducing the bitrate, which also can be done, WILL reduce the sound quality.
