Okay, spotted my deliberate mistake, 'h' is, of course, the eighth letter
of the alphabet.
I believe the confusion is down to the positioning of the most recent
one, 'The Wind Through the Keyhole'. Although the last one written, it
seems to fit chronologically around number 4 so the higher numbers move
up one (if that makes sense).
