You're misunderstanding me. It was never about posting uploads, it was
about forum posts. Discussions, reviews, stuff like that.
And people are not banned out of malice or singled out. When people have
not made a post within 10 days of joining, they get banned. It's just too
hard to check wether or not someone should still be allowed, so everybody
that has no posts goes.
