LEA = Law Enforcement Agency or Agencies
And I think it's incorrect to say that the move was to avoid LEA, it
was more a matter of avoiding complaints being made to someone's ISP
since the posts that were here were not illegal cp.
I am not at liberty to post the name of the current group -- not my
rule, but breaking it means the posters go away. However, you might
not be aware that if you remove the .repost from this group, you'll
find the group that was used after this one was abandoned -- if you
have good retention, there's a bunch of stuff still there.
As to the new group -- it's not really a "new" group; in fact, it was
probably one of the first groups ever used. It was one of the groups
that I still monitor for activity. The poster's clue to the identity
of the group was, "I love boys." Once you find it, you'll think that
the name of the group is really very obvious.
Oh, and I don't like the password thingies either. However, some of
those who have used passwords have actually stated the password in the
header. Others use a regular password that is passed by word of cursor
or email. There is a friend in the Fort who can help you with these if
you email him and ask him kindly -- he is probably the kindest person
in the Fort -- but I don't know of any passwords that are currently in
use. Perhaps if you have an old file that is locked, someone might
remember the password if you remember who posted it.
