Now I think that renaming should be allowable. But I would want to
preserve original filenames somehow if they are known. There is
necessity of another format of check files like csv or sfv, which can
store additional information about files, and another program like
Piccheck to support this new format.
The new format of csv files should:
1) Allow writing full line comments (not only at the end of the
record).
2) Support additional file attributes like original filenames or URLs
the files came from.
3) Support a stronger hash function: MD5 or SHA-1 instead of weak
CRC32 that can be easily forged.
The new checking program should at least allow to search files and to
copy them to an upload directory based on their sizes and hashes only
(not on filenames or paths).
