Actually I use mb's csv for lsm1. His csv is a mix of CD's and
bourne's csv (let's name it bourne for simplicity). Mr.bill used CD's
csv for those two files which I requested. I thank you and mr.bill for
the files were posted. Now I have both sets of lsm1 videos, which
match mb's and bourne's csv's.

Unfortunately, the index does not contain filenames. Looks like
bourne's numbering is more accurate than CD's, but we will know for
sure only when html will be available with links to videos.
